Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a product is opened or shipped, it is non-refundable.

• Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for a full refund.

• Pre-orders: Canceled or incomplete pre-orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Live Streams: All items opened during live events are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, our automated security system flags certain orders for manual review. If your order is selected for review, we will contact you requesting identity verification (such as a government-issued ID matching the billing details).

• Verification Window: You will have 48 hours from the time of our notification to provide the requested verification documents.

• Refusal or Failure to Respond: If you choose not to provide the requested identification, or fail to respond within the designated window, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

• Restocking Fee: In the event that an order is canceled due to a refusal to complete the identity verification process, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
