📦 Shipping for Sealed Products
Orders for sealed products ship every Monday and Thursday once payment is confirmed.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
While we take great care in packaging all orders, minor scuffs or cosmetic wear may occur during transit. We are not liable for damage caused by shipping carriers.
📥 “Hold to Fill a Box” (Rip & Ship Orders)
Customers may choose to hold orders to combine multiple purchases into one shipment.

Use code HOLDORDER at checkout to waive shipping and hold your order until you are ready to ship.

Product payment is due at checkout. Shipping fees are postponed until shipment is requested.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight and size of all held items at the time of shipment.

This option is ideal for saving on shipping by consolidating multiple orders.
Hold Period Rules:

You have 60 days from the date of your first held order to request shipment.

After 60 days, shipping must be paid before any additional orders can be shipped.

If held items are cancelled for any reason, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, even if the items remain sealed.
🚚 Tracking & Order Confirmation
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
🌎 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to their order.

Canadian orders include applicable sales taxes based on the destination province.

Product prices displayed for Canadian customers already include provincial taxes.
💥 Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required by the carrier.

All sales are final once products are opened, including items opened during live events.

No refunds or returns are offered on products.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment and issue a full refund.
