Shipping Policy

At TonysRips, we are committed to getting your collectibles to you safely. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

📦 Shipping 

  • Schedule: Sealed products are shipped every Monday and Thursday.

  • Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for any issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Transit: We take great care in packaging your items. However, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic wear or damage that may occur while in the custody of the shipping carrier.


📥 “Hold to Fill a Box” (Rip & Ship Orders)

  • Consolidation: Use code HOLDORDER at checkout to waive immediate shipping and combine multiple orders.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your package when you request your final shipment.

  • Storage Terms: You have 60 days from the date of your first held order to request final shipment.

  • Cancellations: If held items are cancelled, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.


🚚 Tracking & Taxes 

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Taxes: All prices for Canadian customers include applicable provincial taxes.


🌎 International Shipping (Outside of Canada) 

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with their shipment.

  • Return Logistics: For all orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada, we are unable to provide return shipping labels.

  • Customer Responsibility: In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and logistics required to have the item returned to our facility in Canada.


💥 Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required by the carrier.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final once products are opened, including items opened during live events.

  • No refunds or returns are offered on products.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment and issue a full refund.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cancelled or incomplete pre-orders.
